MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

Shannon Princess is all on one level with no steps from the saloon to the cabins. There are eleven (11) steps from the salon to the outside upper deck and a handrail. If you feel eleven (11) steps would be too much then there is another outside deck with no steps.

Ninety-five percent of the daily excursions are on level ground, so no worries with climbing steps; also the minibus transfers you to the sites – so not much walking if you prefer not to. We can arrange the hire of a wheelchair for the week if one is required. The only excursion that may be a little difficult would be Cragganown as this does have a challenging walk for those who are less mobile and some steps are also involved. You would be very welcome to relax on deck if you prefer not to participate on that excursion.

CABINS:

There are five (5) equally charming cabins on board Shannon Princess. Cabins have closet, private bathroom, individually controlled central heating, bottled water and chocolates.

Soak up the Shannon’s tranquil ambience - with large riverside opening picture windows and a choice of twin or king sized beds. These individually designed cabins provide crisp, bright & airy accommodations. All cabins are inviting, cool & white to catch the watery ever changing light.

The cabins are distinguished as follows:

• Suite 2: Benjamins
• Suite 3: Meelick Waters
• Suite 4: The Callows
• Suite 5: Inner Lakes

CABIN SIZE:

All measure 131 sq ft, each with large opening panoramic windows and ensuite bathroom with shower.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION & SIZE:

Each cabin comes with the choice of two (2) single beds, or one (1) kind sized bed. 

BATHROOMS:

Each guest cabin has its own immaculate modern bathroom, fully stocked with heaven scented organic bath produce, fluffy towels and bathrobes.
